We're looking for a Director of Strategy to lead our digital strategy, analytics, SEO, and design/UX/UI practice at Third & Grove. You will lead a team and work directly with our clients across a variety of industries to improve their digital presence and engagement with customers. Hundreds of millions (yes, seriously) of people use the projects we work on every month, and the most important people in your life will know the clients we work on.
You can work remotely anywhere in the continental US or from one of our offices.
TAG is unique in that we do data driven design. This means that we start the design process by identifying our client's goals -- both qualitative and quantitative -- and working backwards into UI, UX, and design changes that push towards those goals. We are also big believers that in a mobile world you must to design in the medium -- meaning HTML and CSS -- to apply the right constraints to the design process to capture better feedback, reduce development time, and do better work.
We focus on content and commerce platforms and work in a variety of technologies including Drupal, Wordpress, and Shopify Plus. We have offices in Boston and San Francisco, and half our team works remote. Every fall in a new city we gather the entire company together for a few days of fun. (Last year’s retreat was at a fabulous resort in Scottsdale.)
Please no staffing agencies or contractors.

About Third & Grove
Third and Grove is a digital agency located in Boston and San Francisco. We help organizations innovate by building amazing technology. We are a fast growing services start up. We believe in Git, building things the right way, coding standards, and pushing ourselves to be better engineers, producers, and all-out innovators.
We are one of the few agencies that know how to manage a technology project (our founder literally wrote on the book on it). That means you work on fully baked requirements, are part of the estimate process, and aren’t blamed for late projects with unrealistic schedules.
